Just for a minute think about how much time you spend at the office. I am willing to bet that you spend more time at your office than you do at home spending time with your family. A bad day or bad week can create a very negative atmosphere and can make you feel pretty down and out about your work life. You may not be able to change much about the kind of work you do or the people you work with but, there are a few simple things you can suggest to your Manager to make the environment a little bit more pleasant.
